Buddy Guy kicked butt
The Hollywood Bowl crowd, despite Urinetown, Dr. Joseph Cotton, and John being amazing, sucked. Several people in our area were telling others to be quiet during the show, while Urinetown tried to encourage the crowd to sing along and yell back. It was my first and last time at the Bowl - never been in a crowd with so many uptight A-holes. The music was wonderful, but I think the brain dead L.A. people completely missed that the sound should have been turned up louder, possibly due to the houses surrounding the Bowl. At the end of the show, they did make an announcement requesting everyone to drive home quietly because of the surrounding neighborhoods.
